Professional responsibility terms
By purchasing a lead and accepting a job through SPECVision Tech Solutions Marketplace, every professional agrees to the terms below. These terms apply regardless of membership tier and regardless of whether the project portal is used for communication or file sharing.
Full responsibility, from acceptance forward
From the moment a professional pays the introduction fee for a lead and accepts a project, that professional accepts 100% of the responsibility and liability for the job. This includes, without limitation: all supplies, materials and devices used; all installations and workmanship; the accuracy of the project scope; and any damages, injuries or losses that occur during or as a result of the work.
The project portal doesn't change this
Using the client workspace, file sharing, milestone tracking or any other project portal feature included with a Professional, Business or Enterprise membership does not transfer, reduce or share any responsibility or liability with SPECVision. Higher membership tiers provide visibility, tools and lead access only, never job oversight, supervision or shared liability for the work performed.
What the introduction fee does and doesn't cover
The introduction fee purchases contact information release, introduction rights and project opportunity access only. It does not guarantee contract execution, project completion, revenue or payment collection, and it does not make SPECVision a party to the resulting contract between the client and the professional.
Marketplace conduct
Professionals and clients agree not to intentionally bypass lawful marketplace introduction fees by sharing phone numbers, emails, website links, QR codes, social handles, meeting links or contact forms before a lead is purchased. Violations may result in a warning, temporary suspension or permanent removal from the marketplace.
By submitting a bid, purchasing a lead or accepting a project on SPECVision, a professional confirms they have read and agree to these terms in full.
